1 – 3 persons – $45  per 45 minute/hour

4 – 10 persons  – $60 per 45 minute/hour

10 – 20 persons $85 per 45 minute/hour

20+ persons $100 per 45 minute/hour

Small Ballroom 1300 sq,ft, dance floor

1- 3 persons – $35 per 45 minute/hour

4 -10 persons – $50 per 4 5minute/hour

10 – 20 persons – $75 per 45minute/hour

$20+ persons – $100 per 45 minute/hour

Each room has mirrored walls, sound systems with powered speakers, A/C & Heating and WiFi

Party Rentals

Large room 2500 sq ft.

4 hours  – $1,000

Each additional hour $175

A refundable security and cleaning deposit $500 is required.

Small room 1700 sq ft.

4 hours – $800

Each additional hour $150 –

A refundable security and cleaning deposit $500 is required.
